- What areas do you cover?
- Charlotte and roughly 50 miles out from the centre of the city. That covers Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston and Iredell counties, from uptown through Myers Park and Ballantyne, north to Lake Norman and east to Concord.
- What kind of work do you take?
- Any remodeling work inside a house. Bathrooms, tile, flooring, coffered ceilings and fireplaces are the jobs we feature. Kitchens, whole home renovations, repairs and odd jobs are all taken.
- How do estimates work?
- You call, we book a consultation, and the estimate comes after the room has actually been seen and measured. No numbers invented over the phone.
- What are your hours?
- 9am to 6pm. Anything after 6pm is treated as an emergency call.
- Do you handle emergencies?
- Yes. Call the number and say it is an emergency, and it gets handled differently to a scheduled consultation.
- How do I pay?
- Check, Cash, Venmo, Zelle. Card payment is coming.
- Do you do commercial or new construction?
- Not right now. The focus is residential remodeling and finish work.
